We are proud to announce that PHG Law has been officially appointed as Legal Counsel for the CX100 Project, a landmark initiative led by PT Danantara Asset Management (Persero).
The CX100 Project represents a strategic commitment to reinforce the BUMN’s fundamental role as public servants by significantly elevating service quality and overall user experience. This critical transformation is anchored by the program’s core philosophy: “Melayani sepenuh hati” (Serving with all one’s heart).
Our firm is tasked with providing end-to-end legal oversight with critical focus on the legal processing of personal data involved during the initiative. Our role ensures that the entire project aligns not only with strategic objectives but, crucially, that it maintains compliance with the prevailing privacy and data protection regulations.
As key a milestone, PT Danantara Asset Management (Persero) hosted intensive socialization and workshop sessions at November 19–20, 2025, engaging over 150 state enterprises under its purview.
This mandate reaffirms PHG Law’s position and expertise in advising on complex, large-scale BUMN transformation projects. We remain deeply committed to supporting and serving the successful implementation of strong governance, transparency, and regulatory compliance at the national level.
