Privacy and Data Protection

Due to the introduction of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), compliance for businesses (Indonesian and multinational companies) in the processing and transferring of personal data (in some case includes specific data) has become exceptionally matters and important in Indonesia. Not only because of the PDPL has administrative and criminal sanctions for non-compliance but also because of this new law may be interpreted unpredictably in terms of its enforcement. With one of most experienced data practitioners in Indonesia, we are hand to guide clients to draw hands-on approach through the PDPL and its soon-enacted implementing regulations. Infrastructure and Project Finance

With the government’s objective in boosting infrastructure sector, we also focus on assisting clients to engage in the infrastructure projects. Our clients include airports operator, toll road operators, airline, telecommunications network company and water company. Some of our representations are assisting clients to enter into preparation phase of the project, including responding to Request for Proposals (RFP) documents, tender documents, structuring project finance, securitization, and advising on regulatory and compliance issues.

Natural Resources and Energy
