Privacy and Data Protection
Due to the introduction of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), compliance for businesses (Indonesian and multinational companies) in the processing and transferring of personal data (in some case includes specific data) has become exceptionally matters and important in Indonesia. Not only because of the PDPL has administrative and criminal sanctions for non-compliance but also because of this new law may be interpreted unpredictably in terms of its enforcement.
